Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of an interactive digital approach in Quranic literacy learning at an Islamic elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah), focusing on MI Miftahul Ulum 02 Jember as a case study. The research background arises from changes in the learning patterns of digital-generation students and the increasing need for learning that effectively integrates technology without losing the essence of Quranic education. I am attaching the draft of the technical due diligence report for the 4 WTPs for your review. Some outstanding sections, such as the discussion of SOPs and potential gross revenue, will be included in the final report, along with feedback on the draft report. This study employed a qualitative case study design, involving the principal, vice principal, Qur’an teacher, and students as informants. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification techniques using content analysis, discourse analysis, and interpretation. The results showed that the interactive digital approach significantly impacted students’ learning motivation, pronunciation accuracy, and practice consistency. Digital media such as interactive Qur’an applications, automated tajweed audio, and gamification have been shown to support a more engaging, personalized, and adaptive learning experience. Classroom observations confirmed that the use of digital devices increased student engagement and created a more active learning environment. Documentation of learning outcomes showed an increase in Qur’an Reading fluency and tajweed understanding. This study contributes to the development of technology-based Qur’anic learning models for elementary education. However, this study has limitations in terms of coverage of locations and the variety of technological tools, so further studies are recommended to involve more madrasas and to use a comparative research design.
